Excelente relación calidad-precio y excelente organización. Desde que pusimos un pie en Cuba no tuvimos que preocuparnos de nada. Los traslados puntuales y las casas particulares que nos han asignado, preciosas , de estilo colonial, bien equipadas, en lugares céntricos y sus dueñas personas encantadoras.
Los coches clásicos utilizados en el  transfers del aeropuerto, en La Habana y  en el circuito, muy bonitos, amplios, confortables y muy cuidados. Gracias a los conductores por su amabilidad.

Además de sus bellas ciudades, su impresionante naturaleza y playas, hemos tenido la ocasión, a través de nuestro circuito y excursiones, de visitar pueblos y aldeas, de relacionarnos con su gente.
Su gente es lo mejor de Cuba.
Queremos agradecer  por su profesionalidad y trato cercano a todas las personas que han hecho de nuestro viaje una experiencia inolvidable y en especial a Yuri Morales que te organiza el viaje a medida, te lo explica todo claramente, comunicación fluida y puntual que te da confianza desde el primer momento.
Y a Efrain, al que sus amigos llaman Kikito, que fue nuestro chofer-guía  en el circuito  por las distintas ciudades y lugares del occidente de Cuba. Hemos compartido unos cuantos días muy agradables. Excelente conductor y guía experto, atento y comunicativo. Hemos aprendido mucho de los lugares visitados y de la cultura cubana con él.

Aunque sabemos que aún nos queda mucho por descubrir, el equipo de Cubaneo nos permitió acercarnos de forma auténtica a la realidad cubana en tan solo unos días.
La organización del viaje fue impecable: desde la planificación previa hasta cada detalle durante la estancia. Las casas particulares en las que nos alojamos ofrecieron una experiencia excelente y supieron gestionar con eficacia incluso los apagones, haciendo que apenas los notáramos.
Los guías y conductores fueron excepcionales. Personas como Nemuris y Darien no solo nos acompañaron, sino que nos hicieron sentir como en familia sin perder profesionalidad, aportando cercanía, buen humor y conocimiento en cada paso del recorrido.
Todo ha sido una experiencia difícil de olvidar, llena de momentos especiales y aprendizajes (¡ya sabemos lo que son los riquimbilis!!!).

Desde el primer contacto hasta el final del viaje, todo estuvo perfectamente organizado, cuidando cada detalle para que no tuviéramos que preocuparnos por nada.

Lo que realmente hizo especial este viaje fue la calidad humana del equipo: Yuri, Nemuris y Darien fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y profesionales. Nos recibieron con una calidez que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Su conocimiento del país, la cultura y la historia fue impresionante, pero lo que más nos conmovió fue el cariño con el que compartieron cada lugar y experiencia con nosotros.

La organización fue impecable: traslados puntuales, alojamientos con encanto, actividades auténticas y perfectamente adaptadas a nuestros intereses. Viajamos con dos niñas y para ambas, ha sido una experiencia que recordarán toda la vida.
Se notaba que todo estaba preparado con mucho cuidado y pasión.

De communicatie vooraf met CubaNeo was heel prettig en persoonlijk. Zo gingen we heel goed voorbereid op reis. De lokale chauffeur en lokale verblijven hebben deze reis tot een extra bijzondere beleving gemaakt. Zo ben je echt onderdeel van de Cubaanse cultuur. Het opgestelde programma was divers qua cultuur en natuur en een mooie afwisseling ook qua verblijven. Er zijn zeker uitdagingen in Cuba maar we hebben ons heel veilig en welkom gevoeld. The tour operators made sure to arrange a travel plan that would fit with our flight schedules and duration of our journey, our interests and our requests. Oltre ai luoghi stupendi che abbiamo visitato, ci ha molto colpito il loro calore e il loro supporto praticamente H24.

Preparatevi a un corso accelerato di spagnolo... Parlano poco inglese, ma fa parte dell'esperienza autentica di un viaggio del genere, e con l'italiano andrete comunque benissimo!

Een bezoek aan Cuba is niet simpel. Het land heeft zwaar te lijden van het Amerikaans handelsembargo en hierdoor kun je een reis naar Cuba niet vergelijken met -pakweg - een reis naar Spanje. Als 'toerist' kun je best wat ondersteuning gebruiken van de tips en tricks die worden aangereikt door CubaNeo. In samenspraak stel je een programma op maat samen van wat je allemaal wil zien en beleven. CubaNeo kent de casas particulars (bed and breakfasts) met de beste locatie en prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. De rondrit gebeurt met een heuse old-timer (Chevrolet 1955) en een privé-chauffeur die je veilig van A naar B brengt en je daarbij ook heel wat toeristische tips geeft. Natuurlijk wordt je in Havanna en Trinidad aangesproken om sigaren te kopen of geld te wisselen. Dat kan soms wel vervelend zijn, maar dat weegt in de verste verte niet op tegen al het moois en plezants die dit land te bieden heeft: zon, rum, sigaren , geweldige bars, lekkere coctails, mooie art-deco-huizen, oldtimers en....overal muziek !
Samen met mijn twee zonen heb ik een zaaaaaalige vakantie beleefd !!!!
